StyleMap NYC is a fashion radar, not a store. A few plain-English rules for using it.

1. What StyleMap NYC is

StyleMap NYC is an informational directory of New York City fashion stores. We aggregate public listings, hours, ratings and review language and organize them by “vibe” so you can find stores that match how you want to shop. We are not a retailer, and we don't sell anything.

2. Information is provided as-is

Store hours, prices, ratings and availability change constantly. While we refresh our data regularly, we can't guarantee it's current or complete. Always confirm with the store before making a trip. StyleMap NYC is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, any listed brand, or any store featured on the site.

3. Your account & community content

Some features (Discussions, votes, and “flag a change” reports) require an account. By posting, you agree to:

  • Only share content you have the right to share.
  • Not post anything unlawful, harassing, defamatory, spammy, or off-topic.
  • Keep the community constructive — it's about finding great fashion, not arguments.

We may moderate, edit, or remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend accounts that repeatedly abuse them. You keep ownership of what you write, but you grant us a license to display it on the site.

4. Badges, karma & energy

Badges, karma, and energy are gamification features for fun. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for anything.

5. Intellectual property

The StyleMap NYC name, design, and original content belong to us. Store names, images, and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for informational purposes. If you believe something here infringes your rights, email contact@nyhotelhub.com and we'll review it promptly.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StyleMap NYC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its information, including trips planned from directory data.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above.
